SLEEPS

Maximum 12 people (2 extra by arrangement).
Main House: 5 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms + 2 shower rooms + 1 sep WC.
Little House Guest Annexe: 2 bedrooms + 1 shower room + 1 sep WC.
All bedrooms with air conditioning. Not suitable for tiny children / infirm because of many changes in level.

EXTRAS

Pool (functional High Season only - pool heating ** see Important Information), part A/C, mobile barbecue, boules.
