SLEEPS

Maximum 14 people in two houses
(+ staff accommodation by arrangement).
A) GR402 (Upper House) sleeps 8 people in 2 bedrooms
en suite + 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 shower room.
B) GR403 (Lower House) sleeps 6 people in 1 bedroom
en suite + 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 sep WC.

Perfect for families but children must be carefully supervised
owing to proximity of swimming pool to Upper House &
unfenced garden terraces.

EXTRAS

Weekly rental includes full service, all food including delicious seasonal
home grown vegetables, fruit and local wines (very acceptable white, rosé
and reds from Macedonia).

2 pools, sea bathing,  snorkelling, kayaks, windsurfer, Optimist sailing boat, small inflatable dinghy + outboard, tennis court, table tennis, boules, fixed charcoal barbecues. House speed boat excursions + water skiing by arrangement.

LEISURE

Pouri 15km south (restaurant + beach bar) Zagora 20km south (small supermarket, shops, bank, health centre, restaurants/bars). Volos (regional town, international airport) 2 hours drive, Thessalonika (commercial city, port & international airport) 4 hours drive. Helicopter transfers are possible from Athens, Thessalonika or Skiathos.

Swimming is also from the little natural harbour. Snorkel, kayak or sail around the coastline in crystal clear sea. Exercise on the hard tennis court. Discover ‘Causeway Beach’ by 4-wheel drive. Take the house speed boat for excursions to caves and beaches or waterskiing.

Situated 300 metres away from the Upper House (GR402), totally independent with swimming pool (9m x 3m + spring board) in well planted mature gardens and built in the local Pelion style.
