This beautiful, luxury villa in Central Italy is situated near to property 63 and opposite the small theatre. Delightful enclosed garden and little courtyards offer al fresco dining or a quiet spot to read. Furnished also by interior designers David Mlinaric and Hugh Henry; a beamed sitting room with open fireplace has an intimate atmosphere. A separate dining room opens onto a covered dining patio. The attractive kitchen is a chef’s delight – equipped with modern appliances and marble surfaces. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size 4-poster bed and together with two guest rooms, all have en suite bathrooms.

Various rental options are available: accommodation can be for 26 people using all four houses . This property and 63 (6 people) can either be taken alone or together at reduced rate.
