This property is a dream fulfilled, totally ecological and self sufficient (state of the art solar powered and pure fresh stored water). Sympathetically designed in colonial style to merge with lush jungle hillsides that lead down to turquoise sea and white coral sand.

Fully staffed, the cooking service takes advantage of passing fishermen offering lobsters and fish. Boat boys show you possible sailing and swimming excursions: a fishermen’s village, remains of ancient coastal defences – find love or canons! Find sea shells on the little wooded island, named by Columbus as ‘Amiga Island’. Discover Petit Sable - the tiniest of sand bumps set in aquamarine warm sea encircled by coral reef. Swim where no one but the birds can disturb you.

Accommodation is in five bedrooms with full en suite shower facilities. The main house with extensive terrace, shaded by deep roofing is cooled by sea breezes or ceiling fans; the salon section with comfortable seating and a convivial dining area, enjoy stunning coastal views. The main house also has interior dining room combined with a study and a guest bedroom with a second bedroom suite on a lower level. Paths and stone steps lead through flowering shrubs and shade trees to three independent cottages with shower rooms en suite.

Steps lead down to the prepared sea bathing terraces and boat moorings. Cadras Bay is where paradise is truly found. Clear spring water emerges in a tree shaded sand dune creating a deep refreshing fresh water swimming pool, only a few meters from the warmer sea.

Reached only by boat, your adventure begins on arrival in Haiti. Although scheduled small aircraft fly daily into Cap-Haitien, it is also possible to hire a private plane to meet your international arrival into the Dominic Republic at Santo Domingo Airport. This allows you a direct 75minute flight to main commercial, market and harbour of Cap-Haitien in Northern Haiti (11km from the property, 10 nautical miles). From here you are met and driven 7km to Labadie where the Eden Roc longboat will transport you 1/2 hour (4 nautical miles), coastal journey to the property.
