Maximum 14 people & 1 single staff room in 9 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 6 shower rooms + 3 sep WC + Stable annexe by special arrangement (sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms en suite).

Tennis, course fishing, golf &  riding nearby. Tennis & squash at Les Cedres Club (3km), 18-hole golf at Golf de Sarge (6km). The famous Musée de l’Automobile (5km) is a shrine to the annual 24hr Bugatti Circuit held in June. Historic and regional centres of Alencon (50km), Blois (80km), Tours (83km), Angers (96km) and Chartres (116km). The TGV links Le Mans to Paris Montparnasse (55mins) also runs from Rennes (153km) and Nantes (210km to Le Mans - 70mins) and Euro Disney (200km / special direct train - 80mins). Channel ports of Caen (150km) & Le Havre (170km) and international airport at Paris.

Privacy in a meticulously maintained property set in 14 hectares of tended grounds.

Situated outside the small market town of Yvre l’Eveque, only 6km from Le Mans with train to Paris (55mins). The Sarthe region contains the magnificent Grand Chateaux de la Loire.

The south terrace forms a perfect summer dining area. The Grand Salon is complemented by a comfortable winter sitting room with billiard table. A formal dining room links to a study in 13C tower.

A panelled breakfast room leads from an excellently equipped kitchen. Beautifully designed bedrooms with all but two en suite. House heating adds to a very high standard throughout all seasons. Within extensive planted lawns is an ornamental lake and walled swimming pool (12m x 6m) with complete pool house facilities. Helicopter landing is possible in the grounds.
