Beautiful interior design features encompass comfortable living with double glass doors opening to a terrace and gardens. Within the well appointed salon an open fireplace, a grand piano and shallow steps lead up to a formal dining area and complete the picture. A working kitchen is both traditional and well equipped. Accommodation is on three levels; the master suite is on the ground floor, there are two light and airy bedrooms on the first floor and on the garden floor are three en suite bedrooms, two with showers and one with bath and shower.
South facing terracing offers spacious seating areas with a choice of summer dining facilities. An attractive feature is the auvent shaded summer dining area with refectory table and superb fixed charcoal barbecue facilities. Broad steps lead down to lawns and on to an enticing heated swimming pool (11m x 7m) and prepared boules pitch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Le Cap. The house is beautifully furnished and was well equipped for all our needs. When we were not exploring the neighbouring towns in the hills and along the coast, we spent most of the time outdoors, relaxing in the thoughtfully planted terraced garden or by the pool or using the outside fitted barbecue in the covered dining area.
There were two very nice bistro type restaurants within a few miles of the house as well as a well reviewed restaurant in the village, and we would thoroughly recommend the chef you organised for us, thank you ………2022
