What we think:
A beautiful property with views towards the coast, spacious rooms and delightful shaded outdoor seating. The house incorporates the basement wine store of the Owner’s vineyards.
Main house accommodation is on first floor level, separate guest annexe has ground level bedrooms. A choice of garden seating and terraces overlook well maintained vines that cover the gentle hillsides, with views to the sea beyond. A private hard tennis court a short walk away, is only for IT509 house-parties, shared with the nearby family owned property. This area of Italy is well worth exploring with sandy beaches and the villages of Southern Tuscany close at hand.
