Meticulous transformation from 16C farmstead to comfortable retreat using sensitive and imaginative design. Vallicino is built on three levels giving a cool sensation on entering into small hallways, floors and stairs of smooth Travertine stone.
The ground floor with master bedroom en suite has a study with day bed, intimate sitting room and library. Another salotto adjoins the large dining area and spacious well-equipped kitchen. Glass doors open onto the dining terrace with barbecue, overlooking the heated swimming pool (13m x 4m).
First floor bedrooms have two shower rooms en suite and large family bathroom, as well as a family sitting and television room. Facilities throughout are of a high standard with both air conditioning and areas of under floor heating.
