Standing within 5½ hectares of lawns edged by perfumed plantings and mature trees. Only 6km from the market town of Montaigu de Quercy, south of the River Lot.
Designed throughout to allow comfort and encourage relaxation. The spacious Salon opens onto one of two prepared dining terraces, under a shaded pergola. A small TV salon, large dining room, attractive well-equipped kitchen with breakfast veranda ensure all ages are catered for. A ground floor bedroom en-suite is also offered.
Adjoining is the independent Fan & Frog Barn Annexe with two of the well appointed guest bedrooms. The heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) with complete pool amenities is close by and a hard tennis court complements the excellent facilities.
What we think: a perfect country house for a family reunion or celebration. Whatever the weather you will find plenty to occupy you and plenty of space and things to do for children and adults alike. The staff will make sure you have a relaxing holiday and have a very good knowledge of the area. Set in a pretty rural area with market towns to visit and vineyards and restaurants to try.
This house is for a maximum of 14 people 1 Cot + 1 High chair + 1 push Chair + baby alarm are available.

Christmas and new year by arrangement
We had such a wonderful time at FR115. Susan and Phil were wonderful, the shady tennis court was great in the mornings, the huge swimming pool was perfect in the afternoons. Perfect accommodation for a multi-generational group from teenager to 80 year old………………………2019
This was our second visit to FR115, and we enjoyed it just as much. It an extremely comfortable house, great for the family with plenty to keep them busy, and Susan and Phil are fantastic. Travelling with a baby was made so much easier as the house had everything we needed. Thank you!…………..2019
We went out on a high this year, FR115 was the absolute perfect venue, made doubly so by Susan (and Philip, of course!) We are just home from a wonderful fortnight at FR115. It is hard to imagine a more perfect spot. Susan and Phil were a delight – nothing was ever too much effort. Our waistlines are all suffering from Susan’s delicious food. The maid, Denise, could not have been nicer or kinder. They all contributed to what was a glorious family holiday. Very sadly this is going to our last such holiday for the foreseeable future. Everyone’s lives are changing and it is unclear what everyone will be doing next year so we have decided not to rent another house next year. As and when we decide to do it again PPA will be my first port of call for a suitable house. Thank you again to everyone at PPA for some wonderful holidays.
