A much loved family home with stunning views across to the Montagnes Noires in the Occitane region of southern France. Situated 15km from Revel with picturesque 14C covered market, 30km from Castelnaudray and the Canal du Midi. On an ancient pilgrimage route, equidistant from Carcassone and Toulouse (60km and from both airports).
La Litrone staff ensure that high standards and attention to daily detail offer comfort and relaxation including a partial `family friendly meal’ cooking service. The principal salon has an integrated bar, a morning room forms a secondary sitting room. The spacious hallway holds a billiard table and comfortable TV viewing area. A modern open plan kitchen with dining area, together with a second kitchen, are thoughtfully designed and well equipped. There are ceiling fans throughout all carefully prepared bedrooms on the first floor together with separated young people’s accommodation.
Auvent seating and dining areas give endless views over large garden to far horizons. An enticing heated swimming pool (18m x7m) with additional hot tub facility, has a large cabana offering ample shade. A paddle tennis court complete with basket ball hoops and football goals, together with children’s play equipment will keep the most energetic entertained.
