Villa Melissa has an enclosed garden with outdoor dining area and separate walled garden with swimming pool (12m x 5m) a minute’s walk away. Ground floor with a drawing room, study, hall dining room (seats 14), and fully fitted kitchen. An elegant staircase leads to lower ground floor with a double bedded room & dressing room with bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with own bathrooms. On the first floor, master bedroom suite with ante room, dressing room, bathroom, and balcony overlooking the garden.
What we think: Centrally placed IT512, the only 19C stucco villa in the hamlet, has a delightful enclosed garden with vine covered pergola, ideal for outdoor dining. The villa has air-conditioned bedrooms and is beautifully furnished throughout in a sophisticated style.
